RETURNS:
I want you to be satisfied with any purchase you make from Faithful Expressions. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 7days of date of receipt of your product and I will gladly refund you your purchase price. All refunds will be made once I have received the product back through paypal serivces.
If there are manufacturing issues I need to look at the product before making any decision on refund. It may be a repair and return.
If there are alteration situaltions that need to be addressed please contact me. I will be happy to do alterations for you. Take in mind that depending on the extent of the alterations there may be additional charges. Most alterations can be done without any additional charges, other than shipping back to me. I will pay shipping back to you.
Shipping charges are for ground service and apply to destinations inside the continental U.S.A.
Additional charges may apply to destinations outside the continental U.S.A.
Please contact me for charges for faster service times and outside U.S.A. destinations.
In case of alterations or refunds you are responsible for shipping back to me. I will cover cost of shipping back to you for alterations.
